NJ 2218 ECP – Cylindrical roller bearing for high load capacity in a compact design

This bearing combines high radial load capacity with efficient friction characteristics; variants with a suitable flange design provide limited axial guidance and ensure smooth running. With optimized bearing clearance or defined preload, a robust process with repeatable results is achieved.

Design and manufacturing quality
The rollers bear weight via line contact; the profile and flange geometry are designed for low edge pressure. The separable design allows for easy assembly and maintenance of the components. In the NJ design, two flanges on the outer ring and one flange on the inner ring guide the rollers; axial guidance is provided in one direction. Depending on the version, a polyamide cage (P) is included.
