NJ 2211 ECJ – Cylindrical roller bearing for high load capacity in a compact design

This bearing transmits extreme radial loads with low friction and, in suitable versions, can also provide axial limiting. The result is smooth operation and reliable process windows. With optimized bearing clearance or defined preload, a robust process with repeatable results is achieved.

Design and manufacturing quality
The rollers bear weight via line contact; the profile and flange geometry are designed for low edge pressure. The separable design allows for easy assembly and maintenance of the components. In the NJ design, two flanges on the outer ring and one flange on the inner ring guide the rollers; axial guidance is provided in one direction. Depending on the version, a steel sheet cage is included (J).

Convincing in everyday life
In practice, the bearings impress with their high load-bearing capacity despite their low profile, consistent temperatures, and reproducible values ​​– even under changing conditions. Careful alignment is essential, however, as the angular adjustability is limited by design.
