K81132-TV – Axial cylindrical roller ring for weight-sensitive applications with constant performance.

Quality that safeguards processes
The axial cylindrical roller ring, in combination with suitable counter-running surfaces, carries very high axial loads in one direction, while maintaining a low overall height and smooth running characteristics. Defined axial guidance and high stiffness enable reproducible operating behavior, and radial loads are guided separately.

Design and manufacturing quality
The design is based on a precision-manufactured cage with cylindrical rollers, ensuring optimal load distribution through linear contact. The contact surfaces are finely machined, keeping friction low. Furthermore, the separable and easy-to-assemble design allows for quick and easy joining with the separate mating surfaces. For this purpose, flat, hardened, and load-bearing mating surfaces are used on the shaft and housing, as the angular adjustability is very limited. Depending on the version, the ring is constructed with a polyamide cage (TV), manufactured to tolerance class P0, and implemented with raceway-compatible steel components.

Convincing in everyday life
In operation, high axial stiffness is achieved in a very small installation space, which promotes stable temperature and vibration levels. Furthermore, discs that can be joined separately simplify handling and reduce downtime. In addition, a suitable lubrication and fitting concept ensures consistently stable performance over the long term.

Summary
In short: flat, axially high load-bearing capacity and low friction – for reliable results under axially dominant loads.
