K81107-TV – Axial cylindrical roller ring for minimal installation space with smooth running.

Quality that safeguards processes
An axial cylindrical roller ring, together with matching counter-running surfaces, absorbs very high axial loads in one direction and remains low-friction during operation despite its low profile. The defined axial guidance combines with high stiffness to ensure reproducible operating behavior. Radial loads are always absorbed separately.

Design and manufacturing quality
A precision cage guides the cylindrical rollers, distributing the load over a narrow zone through linear contact. Finely machined contact surfaces promote low frictional torque and thus smooth running. Furthermore, the separable and easy-to-assemble design simplifies joining with the mating surfaces. This is achieved through flat, hardened, and sufficiently load-bearing raceways on both the shaft and housing sides, while the angular adjustability remains very limited due to the design. Depending on the version, the ring is constructed with a polyamide cage (TV), manufactured to tolerance class P0, and implemented with raceway-compatible steel components.

Convincing in everyday life
In practice, the bearing exhibits high axial stiffness with minimal installation space and maintains constant temperature and vibration levels. Furthermore, the separate discs allow for quick handling, thus reducing downtime. A coordinated lubrication and fit concept ensures consistently stable performance.

Summary
Conclusion: flat design, high load-bearing capacity in the axial direction and low friction – for reliable results under axially dominant loads.
