An axial cylindrical roller ring, together with matching counter-running surfaces, absorbs very high axial loads in one direction and remains low-friction during operation despite its low profile. The defined axial guidance combines with high stiffness to ensure reproducible operating behavior. Radial loads are always absorbed separately.

A precision cage guides cylindrical rollers and ensures linear contact for load distribution. The contact surfaces are finely machined, keeping the frictional torque low. Furthermore, thanks to its separable and easy-to-assemble design, joining with the separate mating surfaces is quick and easy. This is achieved using flat, hardened, and load-bearing raceways on the shaft and housing, with very little angular adjustability. Depending on the version, the ring is constructed with a polyamide cage (TV), manufactured to tolerance class P0, and implemented with raceway-compatible steel components.
