The line contact of the rollers and the high rigidity ensure smooth running. Radial loads are not supported and must be handled separately if required. The design utilizes cylindrical rollers with linear contact, distributing the load over a longer contact zone. Combined with a solid brass cage (M) and precision-machined raceways, this results in low frictional torque, ensuring stable and predictable operation. The separable shaft washer, housing washer, and roller assembly significantly simplify handling during assembly and servicing. Due to the limited angular adjustability, precise alignment of the contact surfaces is recommended. For direct bearing applications, flat, hardened mating surfaces must be used; alternatively, suitable axial bearing washers can be employed. This roller belongs to the 893 series. It features a double-row, single-acting design. The tolerance conforms to standard (P0). A solid brass cage (M) guides the roller assembly precisely, resulting in a balanced interplay between load-bearing capacity and ease of handling.
