7602012-2RS-TVP – Axial angular contact ball bearing (single-sided) for precise axial guidance at high speed

Quality that safeguards processes
This axial angular contact ball bearing absorbs high axial forces in one direction while running smoothly. At the same time, its speed capability remains high, and its axial position is precisely defined. This results in smooth, reproducible operation during the process. If axial loads need to be transmitted in both directions, a bearing pair or a double-sided design is used.

Design and manufacturing quality
The offset raceways with a large contact angle (e.g., 60°) ensure high axial stiffness. Precise cage guidance and finely machined raceways keep friction low and running smoothly. Therefore, precise alignment of the components directly impacts running quality, as angular adjustability is minimal. At the same time, the P4S tolerance class supports dimensional accuracy and repeatability. A glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide cage guides the balls precisely and stabilizes the running motion. Furthermore, a 2RS seal protects the raceway area and retains the lubricant within the system. For this reason, universally paired versions are available for O, X, or tandem configurations.

Convincing in everyday life
During operation, constant temperature and vibration levels are observed, ensuring stable dimensional accuracy. Therefore, the pairing can be used in O, X, or tandem configurations to fine-tune preload and stiffness.

Summary
In short: strong axially in one direction, speed-resistant and repeatable – a reliable basis for precise drives.
